These covers are an excellent product. I have had my cube for about 5 years and bought my first cover at the same time. It lasted really well, through all sorts of British weather, which is why I had no hesitation replacing it with another. It provides perfect shade for the chickens from both the sun and our lovely winter showers. I would recommend the product to anyone.

My hens take shelter under the cube the minute the rain starts and this cover keeps them dry and acts as a wind breaker too. Very pleased with it. Before I bought this cover I let them into the garden to take shelter and they took the opportunity to raid the flower bed!!

I have a cube with the extended run and sadly two covers does not provide enough width to keep my hens dry so have had to patch it with some plastic bags after having spent a small fortune on the covers - grrrrr...

This cover is what it says heavy duty. I use it as a sun protector in the summer and will use it as a rain/weather shield in the winter. I find the light weight summer sheets don't last very long. I am sure this will last longer as it is well made. The first things to go will be the elasticated hook attachments which I know can be replaced.

The one that came with the eglu disintegrated after 2 years. This is a huge improvement - keeps it properly dry inside so not a smelly mudbath and can use hanging feeder without contents turning to sludge in the rain.

Very good item, just wonder why they are not supplied as standard especially when you pay so much for the cube.
