Purchased two weeks ago, delivered before estimated date, amazing. Customer service 5* I made a mistake on my order and rang customer service, I decided it was MY fault so not worth trying to change, THEY called me back to find out why I rang and then promptly changed my order to correct one and refunded. Amazing, Thank you. Product just as described, 20 minutes to build, came perfectly packaged, Well done Omlet, keep up the great work.

I ordered the run set and decided to wait and see wether the run handles were really needed. While it is possible to move the run without handles it is so much easier with them and definitely easier on my back! They take seconds to install.

I bought this to replace an old wooden shelter with a ramp. Neither bunny went in the old shelter much, but they lived to sit on top of it. One bunny has taken to the new shelter. The first thing he does in the run is to run through the tunnels a couple of times. The other bunny uses it a bit, but much less. The top of the shelter is quite smooth and slippery, particularly when wet and they don;t sit on it the way they did with the old shelter.

My indoor bunny chewed on 2 different fabric tunnels - I tried Omlet as a last resort for creating a tunnel system for my bunny. I got the shelter with 2 tunnels but my bunny wanted one non-tunnel opening on her shelter so I used the box the Omlet shelter came in to create another shelter and attached the other Omlet tunnel to that. She loves it. Now she has the indestructible Omlet shelter as well as the Omlet box ‘shelter’ which she is ‘redesigning’ (shredding). The shelter and tunnels are top notch quality- super sturdy - the rings on the ends of the tunnels definitely keep her from chewing the tunnels. Also, I had some problems logging in to my online Omlet account - the support and follow up from Omlet staff was great. So, not only a great product for my bunny but excellent customer service. Wonderful product and customer service. Best bunny purchase so far - thank you.

I added the platforms to my zippi run that I use for my juvenile chicks until they are old enough for the big girl pen. They love sunning themselves on the platform, and let's be honest they poop everywhere! I can easily spray off their droppings with a garden hose and keep these platforms clean. The ramp also has good spacing on the bars so that my chicks can easily climb them.

I bought this shelter to use a shade shelter while brooding 4 week old chicks in the Zippi outdoor pen. Worked great and the chicks loved it. Sturdy and thick plastic so it won't break easily. My kids love the bright green color.

The Zippi Shelter is a must as I notice how much my bunnies love hiding or napping there. I can not say enough its that good. Its very big so will fit most rabbits & it also provides security which makes bunnies free at peace with themselves. The pink tunnel play time is such fun its a must have. Buns will chase each other or even hide away so they love it.

Hi happy with this item, my rabbits love it. I Iove that the ends of the tunnels have a cap on to stops rabbits chewing the plastic. Shelter is big as spacious for both rabbits to sit on top or hide inside.
