Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do! After adding the items you'd like to buy to your basket, simply click 'Checkout with Paypal' on the bottom of the basket page.

Can I pay via cheque?

Yes. Just call us on 0845 450 2056 and we'll take your order over the phone and give you an order number. Then send us the cheque with your order number on the back and we'll dispatch your order as soon as it's cleared.

Can I pay with American Express?

Unfortunately, we can't accept American Express.

Is your website secure?

Our website has been built to provide the best possible security. You're protected by full military-grade 256-bit encryption and we don't store any credit card details on our servers - so there's nothing for hackers to steal. Our site is continually developed and security tested every night.

If you don't store my credit card details, what does the 'Remember my card details' option do on your checkout?

If you tick 'Remember my card details', we ask your bank for a special code that we can use to put transactions through in the future. This code only works for transactions between you and Omlet, and can't be used by a third party, making it safe to for us to store on our servers.

When will I receive my items?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day that you order them. For convenience, you can pick a delivery date which is convenient to you from the checkout.

How long does Supersaver Delivery Take?

Our Supersaver delivery service is our cheapest delivery option. You order will normally be dispatched on the same day that you order however we will send it via the cheaper delivery option available which can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the whole of the UK, including the Channel Islands. We also have websites in France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Republic of Ireland and the United States.

Is your stock accurate?

The stock figure we show on our website is updated 24 hours a day and should always reflect our 'live' stock. However, mistakes do happen (particularly when counting 400 sets of cufflinks!) so if stock is low it's always best to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes or so, check your junk or spam folders. Some email providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our emails if they believe they are spam, so it can be worth adding 'no-reply@omlet.co.uk' to your list of approved senders.

If I have to wait a week or more for delivery of my chickens, when will my card be charged?

We will charge your card the working day before the order is dispatched.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Of course, just e-mail us at info@omlet.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a full VAT invoice.

How do I return something to you?

It's very easy. Just download the returns form here and fill out your order details. Then attach the pre-paid postage label to your parcel, drop it off at your local post office and it'll come straight back to us. It's fast and it's free. As soon as we've processed the return we'll refund the full cost of the item, excluding postage charges.

Is your 30 day return policy really 'no quibble'?

If you have a specific issue with one of our products, we'll always work hard to try and resolve it. However, if you really want to return an unused item in the first 30 days we'll always accept it back. No restocking fees. No return charges. No quibbles.
