Yes, we do! After adding the items you'd like to buy to your basket, simply click 'Checkout with Paypal' on the bottom of the basket page.
Can I pay via check?
Unfortunately not, we only accept Paypal, Visa Mastercard and Amex.
Can I pay with American Express?
Yes, we accept American Express.

Delivery is by Fedex ground which takes around 5 - 7 days to reach you.
How do I return something to you?
All we ask is that it is returned back to us all complete and in its original packaging along with your details enclosed so we know who its come from.
Please send it back to the address on the original invoice where it was shipped from. This will either be:

Once received back your return will be checked and processed, please allow up to 14 days for the refund or exchange of your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is also at your cost.
Is your 30 day return policy really 'no quibble'?
If you have a specific issue with one of our products, we'll always work hard to try and resolve it. However, if you really want to return an unused item in the first 30 days we'll always accept it back. However, return shipping charges are at your own cost we do not provide returns labels or collect unwanted items.
When will I receive my items?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next day that you order them. We ship Fedex ground and this usually takes 5 - 7 days to reach you.

Is your stock accurate?
The stock figure we show on our website is updated 24 hours a day and should always reflect our 'live' stock. However, mistakes do happen (particularly when counting 400 sets of cufflinks!) so if stock is low it's always best to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website has been built to provide the best possible security. You're protected by full 256-bit encryption. We don't store any credit card details on our servers - so there's nothing for hackers to steal. Our site is continually updated and security tested every night.
If you don't store my credit card details, what does the 'Remember my card details' option do on your checkout?
If you tick 'Remember my card details', we ask your bank for a special code that we can use to put transactions through in the future. This code only works for transactions between you and Omlet, and can't be used by a third party, making it safe to for us to store on our servers.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes or so, check your junk or spam folders. Some email providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our emails if they believe they are spam, so it can be worth adding 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your list of approved senders.
If I have to wait a week or more for delivery of my chickens, when will my card be charged?
We will charge your card the working day before the order is dispatched.
I'm a retailer and I'd like to sell Omlet products. Do you offer trade accounts?
