We bought this cooling mat just in time for the heat wave. Our frenchie can't cope with the hot weather and this mat is helping her to keep cool. We bought the medium size and she has plenty of space to spread out.

Worked better than I hoped with my black lab, he's always on the go even in the heat and since I put this cooling mat down in the kitchen he just loves to flop down on it, definitely noticed that the panting stops quicker too. Got the biggest size even though i think Medium would have been fine, highly recommend.

We have a 10 month old fluffy doodle and she definitely feels the heat and it's only May. She's quickly discovered that her cool mat is one of the nicest places to be. It looks like it's good quality, but our dog isn't a chewer so I can't comment on teeth versus mat.
