Introduction

"Omlet x Hoselink Giveaway" is promoted by Omlet Ltd, Company No: 01295 500900, Address: The Old Malthouse, St John's Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5HX, United Kingdom.

The giveaway commences on 00:00 EDT July 6th, 2026 and entries close 23:59 EDT July 16th, 2026.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and family of employees of Omlet Ltd, Hose Pro USA LLC, and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

It is also a condition of entry to the "Omlet x Hoselink Giveaway" that entrants agree to receive marketing material from each of Omlet Ltd and Hose Pro USA LLC dba Hoselink USA.

How to Enter

The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 12.

The Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Omlet Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random by Omlet Ltd at 10:00am PT on July 17th, 2026 and notified on July 17th, 2026 by email. The winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/win by July 20th, 2026.

If a winner does not respond within 3 months, Omlet Ltd will draw a secondary winner on October 31st, 2026 at random, to be notified by email no later than November 1st, 2026. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/win by November 4th, 2026.

Delivery of the Prize

Omlet Ltd and Hoselink will get in touch via email with the winner within 7 days to schedule delivery of the prize.

Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner.

If the prize pack or any portion of the prize pack is unavailable for whatever reason, Omlet Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

Data Protection and Publicity

Entrants agree that any personal information provided when entering the competition will be used by Omlet Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition.

The winner's first and last name will be announced on Omlet's website and social media channels.

All information collected may be re-used for marketing purposes by Omlet Ltd and Hoselink USA, and will not be passed on to any additional third parties.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.

Omlet Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
