180 Day No-Explanation-Needed Returns
If for any reason you're not 100% happy with the products you have purchased from Omlet, please tell us and we will do our best to put things right. Please retain the original packaging until you are completely satisfied. If you would still like to return an item within the first 180 days, we'll always accept it back.
How do I return something to you?
All we ask is that it is returned back to us all complete along with your details, so we know who has sent it.
If a product has been used with a pet then we would kindly ask you to clean the product before returning.
Please contact customer services with your order number and we will provide return labels so you can drop your parcel(s) off at a Fedex shop. Please call us on 646-434-1104 (Monday-Friday between 7 am to 5 pm EST ) or email email@example.com
Once received back your return will be checked and processed, please allow up to 14 days for the refund or exchange of your item.
The Small Print
All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural or offshore location it is highly likely that your delivery will take longer than the normal delivery time.
