Love the freestyle tree in general but the bamboo hammock platform is not a sound design. Omlet says cracks on untreated bamboo will be small and insignificant, but they are large and make a loud sound and warp the shape, at least in my climate. I asked for a treated replacement but customer service kept sending untreated before they did their research to find out it's not available treated like the solid platform. Instead Omlet is choosing to pass on the work and expense to their customers to put wood oil on it, citing "environmental reasons" for using up their untreated supply (not seeing that the process of all their customers buying wood oil uses up environmental resources as well?). Even when I sent links to my online photo galleries showing how bad the first two untreated platforms were and expressing skepticism that wood oil would help, nobody would acknowledge there was a problem. I applied copious amounts of wood oil immediately to the third platform, but the cracks and warping are just as bad. Kitty doesn't like touching it. Very disappointing product and process.

I always wanted one of these and of course cost has always been a factor. I have been scraping pennies for a long time so I could get the big one. This was expensive but honestly worth every single penny. I shopped around and compared to others but honestly there is a bunch of junk out there. This one is nice quality, all of my pieces were there with extra parts. I have fostered for years and I have 7 cats. They are loving life right now. I wish that I could have got one of these years ago and that my old cats that died could have experienced this. That is my only regret. These cats are so happy right now. I am now placing my order for the freestyle waterproof cat trees. It is worth splurging more to get those too if you ask me!

We live in a small house with two cats. Due to rehoming they are indoors for 4-6 weeks, so we knew we'd need a decent litter situation to keep smells contained when we're all in close quarters! The Maya tray is great; it was easy to assemble with clear instructions, and the cats are very happy using it. As they hadn't been using an enclosed tray in the RSPCA cattery, we started by having the whole liner outside the box for a couple of days, than half in, then fully in with the door open, and then closed (the process took a week). They adjusted without any issues and seem perfectly happy using it. We're happy because it isn't smelly - thanks to the charcoal filter the smell doesn't gather at the top of the box, so no issues for them or us when we open it to clean it. We check it 2-3 times a day as multiple cats are using it, and the tray is easy to slide in and out once you've got the knack although it would be tricky if you have limited arm mobility or sore joints (you have to squeeze both sides together and lift the back a bit). It looks perfectly good in the room, and has a plant on top to further disguise it!

The corner is a new addition to our omlet tunnel system and my guinea pigs love hanging out in the new corner section.

Solid product , good customer service. Was able to assemble by myself (it is easier if you have a friend) . Nice and solid to help my chickens and Dogs safely dwell

I bought this as I kept finding the single water feeder empty every time I visited the chickens last summer, so thought an extra one would be useful... can't have the girls going thirsty!!

We purchased the fencing as part of the housing for our 3 runner ducks during the H5N1 avian flu outbreack. It was not quick to put together & erect, but the instructions were clear, the online video helpful & the fencing is up as part of our wind bird safe duck enclosure. We have used stronger pegs for guy the ropes, pegged the fencing to the ground & have added extra supports at the door & corners because we have erected a bird net under two tent poles over the fence, tied to the fence with plastic ties, to create the enclosure. The duck house & night time fox proof run is within the enclosure. Highy recommended.

This cover is perfect for what I wanted. The size I ordered works perfectly giving protection from above and side exactly as I had hoped. It’s well made and the plastic eyelets look much better than the old metal ones. All in all loving the cover
