I have been keeping chooks for over 12 years.... I wish I had of thought of something like this years ago... but I take it wasn't invented then! I have the auto door. Very easy to install. Very easy to operate.. Stops those late night treks to the hen house, the wet treks to the hen house. I can open the door earlier than what I would have without it. Chooks love it. When they hear it opening they run for the door! I also installed a cheap wifi outdoor camera which is awesome addition. I can make sure they are in for the night before closing. Great invention thankyou!!!

I bought the temperature jacket to give my hands some extra protection, because we have been experiencing extremely cold weather. The jacket is very well-made, definitely quality construction, and very thickly padded. The zipper is well constructed and moves easily in order to access the nesting box door, and the roosting door. The bungee cords and elastic straps are sturdy and attached to the wire cage easily, and there are plenty of them to keep the jacket attached securely. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I’m not sure that the temperature inside the roost is higher, but I suspect that it probably is having read that one reviewer tested it and found out it was 15° warmer with the use of the jacket. I would definitely recommend this product for it’s quality construction and usefulness.

I have the 138 foot long fencing set up around my coop so that my hens can go in or out of the coop as they please. There is plenty of room for the girls, and none of the hens have been able to fly over the fencing. I also have the 39 foot and 69 foot fencing that I purchased when they were chicks and have been using for well over a year. The fencing is easily rolled up and moved to a new location in the yard for new grazing ground for my girls. I have found, for the longer fencing, that it is a bit easier to lay it out flat to roll up, and stand it upright to set it up. My hens and I are very happy with Omlet's fencing!

We love the auto door! This gives us such peace of mind during the morning and evening hours that our girls are tucked away. It’s been extremely cold where we live here lately and knowing that they’re tucked away before we can come check on them is a game changer. Installation was fast and simple. I love this company!

The smart autodoor was the missing piece of the puzzle for us, we could not be happier that there is finally an autodoor option for the Go! It’s so easy to install it’s just as secure as the original automatic door, it even has the same anti crush feature to keep our flock safe. No more worrying about being home on time to make sure the girls are safely locked in, or getting up at the crack of dawn to open the door manually, we even get notifications straight to our phone to let us know that the door is opened and closed. Brilliant product, you won’t regret this purchase as a Eglu Go or Cube owner.

I’ve tried a variety of treat holders but none worked right, too many treats drop or none come out but these are fantastic! The worms and grubs come out as expected while the other is perfect for dispensing greens. I hesitated because they were more expensive than the alternatives but in the end I couldn’t be happier.

While we are still undergoing clean-up efforts here in NW South Carolina nearly 4 months post-Helene both in this part of the country and on our own property, it just occurred to me today that our Omlet catio (6x6x6.8 +porch entry) survived this devastating storm with zero damage. Thankful that it's something I haven't had to worry about.

Good fit, does the job well.

Having decided to upgrade from a wooden coop to an Eglu cube I can honestly say that it is the best decision I made. Once I'd received my lovely stack of boxes containing the coop, 4M run, wheels & handles Mr fox had decided to pay a visit while chooks where still in their old wooden coop! This called for additional security and visits to the coop until I assembled the eglu and transferred the chooks across, these fix visits continued during daylight hours for the following week or so until I'd finally completed assembly doing a little each day after returning from work. The visits continued and still do but the chooks are much safer now in the eglu and no attempt has been made to dig at the security skirts. Now for the coop.... Amazingly easy to assemble and once chooks we're introduced they adapted quite well, first evening they were later than normal finding the courage to go up inside but once in they settled and accepted their new home. Everything about this design of coop is simple and very user friendly, I stayed with the manual door as I like to check they are all in and know that the door is securely closed, the ability to close off the nest box is a great design and is used each evening before they go in and opened again when let out next morning. I can see this helping with broody hens also and keeping the nest box cleaner. The roost area is a little larger than the old wooden coop and this winter it feels much warmer too in the mornings as I let them out. The feeders and watering trough are a great design for easy removal and cleaning and I purchased an additional feeder for grit. None of the contents have gotten wet from the heavy rain we've had. I also purchased covers, heavy duty wind breaks for under the coop, extra clips and extra screw down pegs. I was a little skeptical about the screw pegs in sifted soil but these work fantastically on pulling the anti dig skirt down to ground level and speedily removed and installed with the drill attachment not to forget about the wheels and handles, these make moving the coop an absolute breeze and the coop is currently being moved to fresh ground every 2 - 3 days now. Which is obviously creating happy chooks as egg laying has also increased this winter from one egg a day to two eggs and more recently a third egg! That's a good result from 5 chooks over winter I think. Now all I have to install is the roost bar I got for them which should add to that happiness. I could write more but I'll finish with highly recommending the eglu coop to anyone that is pondering over the additional costs against a wooden coop. Go for it, you will not regret it and you will also have access to all the additional add ons designed for the coop and runs.
