A long time coming, but worth the wait. It is possible to put the fence supports together the wrong way, which is next to impossible to put right and prevents height adjustment. Just check before you start! As often with the push button system to join and adjust the height of the posts, these can be frustratingly difficult to keep pressed. A carefully adjusted mole grip is a great help - just make sure it does no more than push the button in.

I bought this a few months ago along with the tunnels. My rabbits love the new arrangement but the other components I would like to order to make a complete run have been out of stock for months.

The Go Up: looking at the video of how it goes together you would think it was easy leash. A woman just glides bits here snd there then Voila! There it is! Not so in real life. The video is too fast and the instructions that come aren’t particularly easy to interpret. I’ve put flat pack things together in the past but this beat me after several hours. I had to pay someone 60.00 to do it!

unfortunately my two Bantam hens have not wanted to stay in their new home as they find the steps difficult to go up and down, After four weeks of encouragement they still are not able to get in without my help, so if i am not home they are stuck outside. After great expense i feel very dissatisfied.

We bought this for our much loved one year old rabbit but she doesn’t like the nest area, she sits in the rain and rarely ventures inside. Unlike normal hutches there is not the opportunity for our rabbit to sit stretched out, looking out when the weather is bad. We have our lawn treated by greenthumb and we had to lift it off the lawn for two weeks into the patio and we had to dismantle the whole run to move it up to the terrasse. So we are now thinking of getting another rabbit for the spring to try and get her outside permanently, it is annoying as this was an expensive cage but not working for us . Also are the bars if the run rat proof as our neighbour had a rat in their garden and I have read they can squeeze through a pound coin size hole ?

This is a fantastic compact coop which adds a splash of colour and character to any garden. It took me quite a while to build as the instructions are very vague and the YouTube video goes quickly but it quite simple once you get going. The chickens are very happy with the product and love the ladder and sleeping high up.

great product, the cats love it!! The instructions could be better though and the hour and a half build time is a bit misleading, it probably takes that to unpack and identify each piece. probably took me 9 hours in total with a little help for the high buts I could not quite reach. It would be good to have platforms and shelves for the cats to climb on, though we managed to find an outdoor cat tree and have added some wood planks for them to clamber over. Overall very happy with the product

I bought this 2 months ago & have been really pleased. It was easy to build & to clean. The shelves are removable & then I just use a brush & hose to clean off. Being made of s plastic they require no maintenance & a friend still uses her omelette & has no problems 14 years later

I’m so happy that we bought the automatic coop door for our new henhouse, no more closing or checking up if they are locked in or able to get out. We went a step further and connected a solar panel with battery today so we can go on mini holidays without worrying about them. Great product, highly recommended.

My daughter and I had fun putting this together and two of the pieces broke while putting on. Luckily, two extra were provided. Keep in mind, unless your birds are often on the wood pieces up high, it’s hard to take the top part off to clean. Our birds are on the bottom often so it was quite a hassle and one bird quickly flew out in the process.
