We live on some land and wanted to let our chickens outside. In comes Omlet. The first problem is that this fence works by pushing stakes into the ground. If you have rocky soil there is no way to get these in the ground. After hammers and lots of moving we made that work. 2. It is not critter proof. We have multiple holes in it from squirrels, bunnies, etc. When I called Customer Service about this they told me that I should move my fence (after I worked so hard to get it into my soil!) and normally they could send a repair kit but they were out of those for at least 2 months. 3. The holes in this fence allow all sorts of predators through. Predators = dead chickens. The holes are 1.5 - 2". 4. After all this we figured the fence wasn't for us and we wanted to return it. I called Customer Service again and this time they said I couldn't return it because I didn't have the orginal box. But no where on the box (at least obviously stated) did it say to "Keep box in case you want to return" nor could I find this on the website. Only information I found was that there was a 30 day guarantee. The product would have gotten 2 more stars (I get it didn't work for me but might for a nice soft lawn in the middle of a field) but the lack of information for the return knocked it down. Hope this saves someone else from the frustration!

I am so pleased with my Omlet Walk in run, and I would recommend one to anyone who wants to have a happy, healthy bunny. The run itself was simple to construct and took my husband and me around 2 hours to build from start to finish. The build quality is impressive, it is sturdy, strong and it is very pleasing on the eye. I love how it can also be extended both upwards and outwards should we choose to do so at a later date. The included door makes it very easy to enter and leave the enclosure and the locking mechanism is strong and well made. The run is spacious enough to sit inside comfortably making it easy to interact with our mini lop bunny Cottontail, and it has been a joy to watch her running and jumping about. I am so pleased that we opted for an Omlet walk in run, rather than a cheaper alternative.

We love our Omlet with the automatic door. Very confident its keeps out Hens safe and secure from predators. So easy to clean as well. It is a little difficult to move sometimes if on uneven surface. We wish the handles were in stock as we see this making all the difference. Highly recommend even without the handles.

During the very wet, changeable weather in the UK the windbreak has been an absolutely necessity to keep the chickens dry. It’s great that it’s clear so they can get some light too as they haven’t had that experience (ex-caged birds)

Great for an irregular shape in the garden and for moving the area so I can let the grass grow again. Only problem, my new puppy has bitten a hole in the fence so she can sit with the chickens (she loves them)

Very poor quality litter, stuck to the bottom of the litter robot and was tracked all over the floors. I used Igloo Snow before it went out of production but this litter is not nearly of the same quality and is three times the price. Would definitely not buy again.

The run is flimsy, and especially difficult to move with the extension. The worst part, however, is that the run makes it IMPOSSIBLE to properly care for and feed your chickens. You cannot access the run to clean it or to effectively refill the food and water. I cannot express how disappointed I am for the money that was invested. The Eglu Up and run would surely be a much better option, but the price tag was nearly double the investment for the cube. Regretting my purchase.

Flimsy, cheap material. You could most certainly make something of higher quality more inexpensively yourself.

Had the 3 x 4 for a few weeks now because even though we're keeping no more than 4 chickens, we wanted plenty of room to get inside and walk around without crouching or being cramped. Seems to be sturdy and secure, easy to access and room to walk and even sit inside with a cup of tea surrounded by the chooks. Bought our own shade cloth and cable tied to the run so half of it is in shade, half in sun and the chickens have their choice of where to roam. One thing though, we did not like the clips when constructing it as they were not the easiest things to work; both my wife and I had difficulty with them but learned some tricks as the building took place and it all came together in the end. Slow going at first due to the fiddly clips and could not have done it alone, but the pack had an overabundance of clips so we could afford some trial and error at the start. Overall though we're happy with the addition to the yard...now we're just waiting on Nth QLD's wet season to put it to its real test.
