I loved the previous version of the omlet fence so much that I tried to buy it again. They changed the product a lot but the biggest change is that the fencing is now a flat plastic grid material vs the cloth-like rope of the earlier version. The change wasn’t clear when I bought the product and I was disappointed when it came. It’s still a good product that does its job but is just less attractive.

As a soon to be first time chicken owner there was never any doubt that I’d have anything other than an Eglu Cube for my first flock of girls. And I couldn’t be happier with my decision - neither could my chicks! It only took them one night before they got the hang of going up to bed on their own; they love it so much they sometimes pop up during the day if they fancy a change of scene! Stylish, easy to put together, it makes me smile every time I catch sight of it through the window! Thank you, Omlet.

An incredibly well built, easy to install (well, I’m only passing on the feedback from my partner and sons who actually built the thing!) and stunning addition to my garden. Such a pleasure to spend time inside it just hanging out with my girls - I’ve installed a chair in one corner as I spend so much time in there with them! Fabulous, Omlet. Top marks.

These handles have made life so much easier especially over rough ground. They should be standard with the kit. Why have I hurt my fingers dragging the run about when you had the answer.

I have 3 of these in my walk in run are my as my hens are spoilt! They are a brilliant way to keep them occupied, when refilled they keep the hens busy for ages.

Another product that I would recommend for keeping chicken and duck run dry and offers shelter from wind, rain and snow. The only small irritation is that the metal rings rust really easily,but other than that a really good buy

My Eglu Cube arrived and on putting it together at the final stage I discovered a part missing. It was just before Christmas but there was an immediate response to my email, followed by a swift discussion and the arrival of the part only a few days later together with some toys as compensation. The Eglu itself is a sturdy and entirely practical affair but the real point of this review is to compliment Eglu on their charming, personal and efficient aftercare which has left me with a warm feeling about the company.

Just completed the erection of the pen in its temporary position. It is a really sturdy construction and hopefully will be simple to disassemble for moving. Also having put it together once it may be a bit quicker second time around. I found the YouTube "how to erect" film a real help and when in doubt it is easy to look again at the film. I purchased extra lengths to make it big enough and it proved easy to add the units. I agree that the clips are tough to fasten but warming them helped in the near to freezing temperature outside when building the pen, not the most ideal conditions for the build. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bought as spares to make cleaning each day easier and quicker. We have been very happy with the cube and the hens seem happy too...
