The run is great! I love it and the chickens do too. Sorting out the pieces and putting it together took a longer time than we'd expected but it's worth the time. I already know that the skirt and heavy-duty wire keeps pests out. It is taller than I'd expected too which means even the tallest person in our house (6'5") can hang with the girls.

The chickens seem to like pecking at it, keeps them amused. The string could be (way) longer.

This suits our garden perfectly. Plenty of room for the chickens to roam but they cant get into the flowers and veggie patch. Love that the netting is not imposing and doesn't detract from the garden. Have clipped the primary feathers on chickens so they can't fly over when they get panicked by the pigeons

Perfect for keeping sun and rain from part of the run

Not cheap but the quality is excellent. The wire is heavy gauge and should be long-lasting. Delivery was very speedy and all was complete. Although the instructions supplied are reasonably clear, I found it of great benefit to view the excellent Omlet cat run construction video available on YouTube. This video is very helpful and should be given more prominence. Not intending to move the run at all I built a wooden base using value decking. I constructed exactly as per the instructions but then came to the conclusion that if the run is on a solid surface then the skirt around the perimeter serves no purpose at all. So I removed it and found the spare mesh very handy in constructing a tunnel to link the run to a cat flap a metre from the run. Once all the uprights were vertical and symmetric, it seemed a good idea to give rigidity by fixing them solidly to the base. I found I could do this by carefully inserting a screw through the tube clip at the base of each pole. I will try and upload some photos.

I would have liked to give this product 5* but unfortunately there are some let downs. This is the 2nd one I've bought and both have 1 same problem. The Guy ropes don't stay in place. This 1 is made of plastic but the clips to keep the netting on at the door keep coming off. I've used this 1 to extend my 1st run and it does that OK. I did think I could have bought an extension kit but could not find one.

We purchased this so that the girls can have a bit more freedom when we are out.The Eglu pen is a bit small and they are used to the full run of the garden. Now it is erected we are highly satisfied but did find the instructions a bit confusing.

Our chickens love this. It's a great idea because the food doesn't get wasted because they only peck when they want it; (which happens to be until it's all gone) but our chickens are very greedy!

Well impress fairly easy to put up easier with 2 people chickens haven't escaped so it safe enough. Good locking type gate.much nicer than chicken wire and posts. Not to expensive would recomend
