The product seems a really good idea but my ex-bats didnt seem to know what to do with it and have ended up with a free standing drinker which is a shame (they get fouled very easily unlike the glug).

The plastic coop is fine, but the wire run needs some attention. An access hatch on the roof of the wire cage would be very useful to aid cleaning and feeding. We are still waiting for a long closing peg for the side access door. A small single was sent and the person who built up the chicken house for us said he would make sure one of the correct size would be posted to us, unfortunately 3 - 4 weeks later nothing has arrived.

What a great idea - As a new owner of chickens Omlet have been very helpful with all our questions. It arrived on time and was easy to put together. We purchased three medium chickens and they made themselves at home instantly and are very happy. As for cleaning it couldn't be easier - empty the tray in the compost and hose down the trays any stubborn bits come off with a soft brush - and long term there is no maintenance.

This is a very compact and very practical way of keeping chickens. We move ours to fresh grass every 3 days and it is so easy with the built in wheels. I am extremely happy with my purchase, my girls were so settled they were laying within 2 weeks! Most impressed.

We love our Eglu Cube almost as much as we love our chickens! We have a Cuckoo Maran and two Cotswold Legbars who are content in their home.

Very good product & delivered on time. Took a little longer to put together than stated but is very well built & my hens are very happy in there new Cube & enclosure. Although cost is a little high I would recommend to anyone as a secure house & enclosure for the back garden where space is at a premium & its necessary to keep the hens away from the veg!

I have now had the Eglu Cube with built-in 2M run for just over 1 month along with 2 x Gingernut Ranger Chickens. I have now had 40 Eggs. It only took a couple of days before one started laying and the other followed a week later and have now reached full production of about 6 eggs per week each. The Cube itself is very well designed and easy to keep clean. The chickens both have brilliant characters and love to roam the garden. It would not hesitate in recomended the Eglu Cube. The delivery man was knowledgeable and helpful and erected the cube in about 2 hours.

This is an excellent and well designed product well up to the job. We have 5 hens who seem very happy and settled in their cube. keeping it clean is very easy and takes about 30 minutes each week. Having had hens as a child who were kept in wooden hen houses this way of keeping hens is mick cleaner and pragmatic. I would say a huge hit!

The original ones kept breaking off and disappearing, in some cases, never to be seen again. Since buying these replacements - haven't needed to use them yet.

Bought this (my second GO) as a house/run for my growers. They are very happy and love the cosy house and lovely secure run. Great product from Omlet as usual.
