This run cover is very well made and a great color, but it only covers a very small portion, maybe a quarter of our 12 foot run. I didn't understand this when I read the description. We'd need four of these to cover the entire run.

I bought this when extending my current run I have the clear plastic on the other parts this heavy duty cover does feel much thicker and will give me the advantage of shared during summer months a really good idea

I'm very happy with this product. It's a very sturdy cover and truly serves the purpose, offering shade, or protection from the rain and wind. I appreciate having the hooks to secure it in place and that it can be placed on the roof or sides. I like the dark green color that matches the catio, as well. Thank you!

Survived 70mph winds that destroyed another cover

Like many people I’ve extended and added extra covers to the run with avian flu. I had to use tarps while waiting some weeks for this to come and these work so much better. We have a mix of covers (some clear) and as we have a lot of birds of prey here, the chickens really like the feeling of protection this cover gives them. I bought 2 of these for the top half of the sides of the run as whilst the roof cover (purchased earlier) was keeping the run dry, the wind blowing through the run could be keen. These covers provide a bit of a wind break. Because they are fitted horizontally, the gutter edges don't form a water tight seal with the roof covering so I have sealed them together with clear Gorilla tape which works a treat and has survived some pretty evil weather.

The cover was easy to fit and provides good cover for our chickens in wet weather.
