I initially left a one star review after my doors stopped working during cold conditions. I contacted customer service and spoke with Clare who was very nice and professional. She replaced my defective door and sent me a new one. Due to some circumstances, I was unable to send the defective door back for a long time. Clare was very understanding and told me to take my time. You know your are dealing with a great company when the company’s employees are professional, knowledgeable and able to help with any issues. Clare made the process super easy and, because of her, I’m a happy customer. Thank you Clare!!

Love the look! And of course the ease of cleaning and the food and water dish! Our little english budgie is a huge fan too!! So much room!

I bought this when extending my current run I have the clear plastic on the other parts this heavy duty cover does feel much thicker and will give me the advantage of shared during summer months a really good idea

I love this coop. I wanted something that could grow with my flock. We started inside with the coop and 6 ft run over a tarp and wood chips. We had chicks aging out of the brooder box so we set heat up next to the run. They were able to eat and drink easily. They have been using the coop at night after about 4 weeks of age. They have plenty of space to explore. We will move them outside to our field once the weather is a little warmer. The kids are able to help clean the coop easily. I am installing a automatic door, light, and larger run as we get ready to go outdoors. I love that I didn’t have to buy multiple products to grow and move my chicks! Wonderful product.

This is great fencing that looks neat and does keep the chickens in. However rabbits ate large holes in it as we were using it across the bottom of our garden.

Fast shipment! And I bought this after watching BirdTricks on YouTube and my 2 budgies instantly loved it, they explored, they jumped perch to perch, they walked around happily and talked all day. It was a great up great from the tiny cage that they give at the pet store.

Not being an early bird myself this door was a must have and it has totally lived up to my expectations. It is amazing. Although the package and booklet are a bit daunting at first it was actually straight forward to put together. The chickens got the hang of it pretty quickly and the chicken coop light acts as a prompt for the chickens to go to bed. Really pleased with the product so far.

I am surprised how much our chickens love to sit on this! They usually have a morning and afternoon session, then sometimes fly into the cube from it if they don’t feel like using the steps. Before getting chickens I had done a lot of research around coops and runs - I chose the eglu cube and run for a few reasons. Cleaning - For me this is the most important. As it’s plastic it is SUPER easy to clean. Once a week I remove the litter tray, high pressure hose does most of the work on the inside perch and tray, then I just use a dust pan brush for some stuck on spots. Once a month I also wipe out the interior with a homemade vinegar based cleaner (you don’t want any nasty toxic fumes around your chicks) and all done! Extra time saved is more time I can spend obsessing over other chicken things like sprouting seeds, growing fresh grains etc. :D Hygine - Mites live and breed in wood. No wood = easier to control if you do get them, so far I haven’t had any. Temperature - Melbourne has varying temperatures throughout the year. I trust that the double wall insulation is doing it’s job in hot and cold Resale - JUST incase chickens didn’t work out, most eglus sell for close to the original cost It did take my chicks a couple nights to get used to the slatted type floor, I have to gently push them in a little bit for the first few nights, and put some treats in the end of the coop. After that they got the jist and now comfortably move all the way to the back if they want to. Overall this is such a great low maintenance coop for the backyard chicken owner I would never consider anything else again!

Purchased 2 months ago, so far I love it and so do the chicks! Easy to put together and strong, I think this will last for many years to come. Due to space I have put our cube inside the run, the chicks love snuggling underneath during the day. The door is wide enough to carry out the cube though the door so cleaning is still super easy. The lock on the door is secure yet simple enough my mum can open/close it without difficulty. I also like that if we move house it can be reconfigured to go anywhere. Chicks have plenty of space to roam and once we have finished landscaping around the side the green colour will blend in perfectly. I have also added the canvas roof for additional protection during winter.
