Let's start with the cube... I'm so glad we decided to go for the cube. Its certainly bigger than the normal Eglu, but then you're not going to have to replace it in six months when you want a few more chickens. The extended run makes this more than adequate for those who would ideally love to allow free range, but where location means its just not practical. But for me the reason why we gave this 5 star was really attriobutable to the customer service. Yes we were disappointed when one of the end skirts was missing, one of the metal catches was bent and one of the lid runners also needed replacing, but these items were despatched quickly and without any fuss. In summary... we're really impressed with the Eglu Cube, but just as impressed with the customer service when things go wrong. For me, this is when a company shows its true colours by their attitude to problem solving. Full marks for Omlet!

our chickens have a run under the trampoline. They have the eglu run front with door to get out and an eglu classic for sleeping/nestbox, and the under trampolin area is chicken wired. They have the old run winter cover as a tarpaulin slung under the trampoline. We initially used normal ground feeders but found when nearly empty they knocked them over. This new feeder means we can use the glug and grub and there is no spillage and they cant knock it over due to the weight of the water. It also fits in and out of the free ranger door. ideal for any chicken run

As a newbie to chicken keeping I wasn't sure what to expect but the Eglu makes things a lot simpler. it is very easy to clean and maintain and even though it seems quite small, our 3 chickens seem happy enough in it. It is very easy to collect our eggs and the lock is child friendly - good for those cold nights when you would rather send them out to lock the chickens up:) I also feel our chickens are predator prrof whilst in it. The only downside I would say is that it is a little time consuming to put together but it's a one off!

After 71 (true!) years of chicken keeping, on and off, The Eglu is so much easier to clean out. At 78 years of age, I was finding it a little difficult scraping out wooden houses. A quick swill out with a hose pipe or watering can is so much easier. The only criticism I have is that I can't get in the run as the door is too small for my old back and knees!!!

I have been looking at Eglus for a number of years now and finally took the plunge in late 2010. I have not been disappointed - the Eglu itself does the job brilliantly as well as looking good in the garden. The two chickens started laying pretty much straight away and have kept up regular production even through the snow and cold weather in December. My wife has been won over, and the kids love the chickens (and the eggs!). The delivery service was also great - on time, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Omlet and Eglus to anyone.

Excellent product, wonderful service both before and after purchase. I've got two happy chickens who started laying on the day they were delivered and who are already members of the family. Great for the kids and the missus, and I'm rather partial to undoubtedly the best eggs I have ever eaten.

totally fox proof easy to clean and the hens are happy and healthy too. i will buy one for my ducks soon.

Its perfect! This was the best Christmas present ever! My OH really excelled himself this year and the Cube has not disappointed at all. I had an Eglu classic before and the cube is so much easier to clean. It was easy to assemble and the girls managed the ladder straight away.

As chickens we absolutely love this feeder, it's easy to get to and our "human parents" fill it up every day cos it's easy to move. Thank you Omlet Team and keep up the good work.

Excellent product in every way. I wish I had bought the Cube initially instead of wasting my money on inferior product.
