My chickens are still unsure of this, but it's not the toys fault. They'll figure it out, but they do love when I shake the treats out for them. It's really cute and durable, stays in the ground very well. Just be careful when it rains, the seeds/scratch and worms I put in there got wet and mushed together then hardened into a solid ball. So I don't leave it out now when they're not engaging with it.

It took me a while and a phone call to Omlet to work out how to put this together. Clue: the loops go through the holes from the outside... I'm hoping that it'll make feeding and watering a little easier and that I'll be able to check easily whether they have enough feed, rather crawling around in the dark, wind and rain trying to hook feeders to the inside of the Go Up!

Tends to collapse easily especially when attaching full feeders.

My chickens love their new pendant peck toy which keeps them entertained for hours.

Great for entertaining greedy chickens ☺️ Mine have taken to them and live jumping up to peck the treats. Simple but great idea, I’ll buy the ones that stake in the ground too!

Whilst the size and ease of feeding food which remains dry is excellent, the small extrusion on the front damages the breast feathers so that each of my three chicken has a bald patch exactly where they rub against it when they feed. I am hoping one of the other designs will avoid this problem.

I use the mesh stand to clip the feeder one side and the drinker the other. The latter keeps the water protected and it’s easy to clean and fill. Unlike the feeder, which you have to dry thoroughly before filling, the moulded lips on the drinker don’t offer the same problem where the water keeps dripping back down. It’s going to be wet anyway!

The hens love them, and they keep the food dry but I do find the moulded lips a bit of a pain. Reason is when you clean the feeder, every time you think you’ve dried it, some drips run back down.
