I bought one of these to try and loved it so bought a second. I have a walk in run and found that the food and water were getting dirty very easily as the chickens were kicking their wood bedding into the grub and glug. They have stayed clean since putting on the stand. I have put 2 grubs on one and 2 glugs on another as am not sure they would understand one side was for water and the other for food. very worthwhile purchase

It makes life so much easier. I have made an extention to the cube run. I can now feed the hens without having to struggle to reach the old run where the feeder used to attatch to the side.

This stand is jsut what I needed as it is so easily moved when necessary. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 of these so I could hang a drinker and feeder side by side outisde when they were free-ranging. My chooks didn't understand that after eating they then had to walk round round the other side to get a drink.....! An unintended use, which has proved very helpful during this cold snap when the girls have been confined to the run, is being able to use the stand to carry the feeder and drinker inside in the evening and carry fresh water & mash out again the next morning.

Chickens drink out of this no problem, I like the colour and the fact it holds so much. No problem with the plastic lugs holding it onto the mesh. Much better than alternative drinkers, simple design and works

This is just what you need if you have a WIR and nowhere to hang your glug and grub....it isn't high enough for the super glug . I love it and so do my chickens .

This product is excellent as the chickens can't stand in it or knock it over. It holds a good quantity of water and is easily filled up with a hose or watering can.

My chickens like to drink out the top and bottom. It is fantastic!

Well, it looks like a good idea and they both used to peck at drops on the bottom of the glug but they simply won't drink from the nipples. We showed them how it worked, Suki seemed to work out how it worked but Daphne didn't. We added the old glug back in and they drank like they'd been in the desert. We tried this for a week and it was like some sort of CIA deprivation torture - each time we brought another water source in they drank and drink and drank. Daphne even tried to stretch to drink from the top! So now its almost at ground level and they do drink from the top. As far as our girls are concerned a big thumbs down.
