Thought a fabric pen would be ok but hopeless as hamster can climb out too easily. Purchased small playpen and wow it’s great! Pearl my hamster loves running around when having a break from the cage and even goes to sleep in the omlet tube! I originally had chickens so was aware having had an omlet coop that the quality was really good. This company really do their homework and you know your animals are going to be safe and comfortable.

Our hamster has a TON of energy and we just couldn’t keep him busy enough until this playpen. He loves having the space to run around and explore outside his cage. We do leave him in it for long periods which could be good or bad, but he’s just so much more content with the larger space.
