We bought this cage last month for our first Hamster. It was delivered quickly and easy to build. It's really easy to keep clean and has great features to keep our Hamster happy. He loves his wheel and the good news is that it isn't very noisy. The tube / ladder is great for him to climb up and down. The large plastic drawer area on the bottom makes it really easy for the kids to see and play with their furry friend. Would recommend!

I have had this up a little less than a month and am about to buy a 2nd one to add to this. It is the best habitat I have ever spent my money on for our gerbils. They can not chew through anything to escape like they have other expensive gerbil cages I have bought elsewhere. I 100% recommend this for any small critter you may have. Best purchase I have made, it's easy to put together and easy to clean. Love it. I had to contact Customer service and they are very helpful, friendly and great also.

I recently bought this and assembled it. when i say this is the best thing i’ve purchased in a long time, i mean it. i have a teddy bear hamster that’s maybe 10 months old and he absolutely loves to run around in the bottom area. I can fit so many decorations and he still has a ton of fluff to swim around in. it comes with a water bottle and a food dish as well as a wheel but my hamster prefers a different wheel that i also have space for. the storage is quite roomy for one spoiled hamster lol and you can fit vitamins, hamster wash shampoo stuff, extra food bowls, etc. The packet looks confusing at first but after sitting down with my mom, we were able to assemble with ease. Now he has plenty of room to run and play- 100% worth the money.

Was really looking forward to setting up the new cage for our children's Christmas present. Item arrived on Christmas eve which was amazing and my partner had gone out to get the gerbils that afternoon. I was left at home making up the cage (Trying to hide this from the kids was hard work) however much to my disappointment we were sent two incorrect sides for the cage so I could not put this together. This caused us a massive headache as we had to phone around a few friends and neighbours to see if anyone had a spare empty fish tank or cage that we could borrow until we could contact customer service (Christmas Eve so not much chance of that until several days later). When customer services came back to us a few days later they advised that replacements sides had been dispatched to us. The cage itself is great now that it is built so can't fault the quality, however we are now finding that the only issue is the gerbils are not interested in climbing the tube to the top part of the cage, we have spent hours trying to get them interested but to no avail. it looks as if we will have to find some other way of giving them access to the upper part of the cage.... lets see what happens. * I would love to see an option where you could opt for a ramp over a tube (I know the tube is a selling feature to)

I got this for Christmas after seeing it online a couple months earlier. Best present ever! Also, it arrived 2-3 days after my husband ordered it! The quality is great, it's beautiful, and easy to clean! We (including Freddie, the hamster) could not be any happier with this cage!

We had a conventional cage before but this is sooooo much better Easier to clean. Lots of fun features Kratos loves her new home

I bought this for Christmas, unfortunately the tube is not a standard size and is to large for the hamster to get up and down so he gets stuck in the bottom a lot and another unfortunate the water bottle only goes on top. So the cage is actually way to small for the hamster.

We bought this along with a dwarf hamster for my daughter this Christmas and she loves it. Hamster manages the tube fine the wheel is quiet and the accessories are perfect ???? He hasnt managed to escape yet and we love the fact that the cage is in a unit so looks more appealing in my opinion !

Lovely looking and Gerbils seem to happy in it. Took them a little while to work out the tube between enclosures but now very much at home. Instructions to put the unit together are very good and detailed but still had me cursing. I definitely recommend.
