Great for making the run more secure
I got these, because I want my chickens to be as safe and secure as possible. I really like them, because if the ground is close to level, but not perfectly level, then they will pull the run skirt down to the ground to prevent critters from wriggling underneath any gaps. I haven't had any issues with predators so far, and these seem to help. I got two packs, because I have the coop with the 13 ft. run, so I needed enough to secure around the entire run and coop.

Good Idea
Not that useful though if planning to keep moving the cage and run as you would need to keep taking them all out and anyway it all sits nicely without them

Great design
Easy to use (even my 3 and 5yr old children can help with these) and super secure. We have uneven ground and it’s good peace of mind to know the run and coop are even more secure.

The extension is fantastic for our 2 hens.
After purchasing the Eglu go up with wheels and being so happy with it, we decided to give the girls more room when enclosed.
The extension was easy to assemble and attach. We are so happy with it for a variety of reasons;
As the hens begin to lay, we can keep them in the run until they lay around mid morning in the nest, without hunting for eggs in the garden or worring about them being cramped.
The extension allows more time between moving the Eglu as the droppings are not concentrated in one area.
We find the hens are more relaxed when we must leave the in the run all day, especially as winter approaches and foxes become more hungry.
Finally the extension adds a little more weight to the setup and stability is increased, even in 50km wind gusts, as we had a night ago. Thank you Omlet for great service,
Geoff and Helen

Great bit of kit
Really pleased with this item so much so that we are thinking of adding more sections. Very straightforward to assemble. Clear instructions. Our only quibble was that the courier company would not give any indication of the time they might deliver the product. This would have been helpful.

eglu go up
everything came as ordered. seems like good quality. got it for 4 bantam chickens. hoping in 3 weeks I'll be able to put them out. then I can tell you more. Like the idea that it should be easy to clean. I think the only problem I'll have is getting them in the coop at night. that should be fun .

Perfect for 2 guinea pigs
18 months ago, I bought an Iglu Go Hutch with 1m run for our 2 guinea pigs. As they grew it seemed very small, and I was never happy about the wiring on the base of the run. Since upgrading to the 2m run with no wire base (in the chicken section of website) the pigs have been running about so much more, “popcorning”, showing their natural behavior. I really wish I had bought this in the first place! This run should be in the guinea pig section of the website. They don’t dig like rabbits, and the wires restrict their ability to run.

The pegs work well and hold down the apron.
The pegs give you peace of mind in that they make it more difficult for anything to burrow under the apron and attack out chickens! They simply screw into the soil and pull the apron down firmly. Obviously, sandy soil would be a problem, but they work well in our "soft" topsoil

Bought to use temporarily now they're a permanent fixture in our garden
We had two home-made runs attached to Eglus in our old garden and planned to build new ones after we moved house. We purchased two 2M runs as a temporary solution while we moved as they were very easy to assemble, disassemble and transport (and I do mean really easy!) However now we've used them for a few weeks we're in no rush to build larger runs, these are ideal for our needs with two chickens happily roaming in each.
I have two minor gripes:
The shade supplied is very small. In order to provide some permanent shade and to protect the feeders from rain, I had to create some custom sized tarpaulins and attach using the Omlet supplied bungees.
The other issue is the access doors are small. They are perfectly adequate for accessing food and water, but if you need to delve a little further into the run (when the hens are cheeky and lay in the run!) it can be tricky to squeeze in.
But overall we are very pleased and would certainly purchase more should the need arise.
