What if I want to return my products?
You can easily let Klarna know that you have made a return by logging into your Klarna account online or on the Klarna app. There you can also check the status of return credits or refunds. Klarna will issue a new statement based on what you have returned and what you have kept. Any payments you’ve already made will be refunded to the card or payment method you used, and your remaining payments will be cancelled.

Why is my Klarna payment not going through?
The most common reasons that payments through Klarna don't work is insufficient funds or an invalid account, but it could also be that you have missed a field at checkout, that you have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices or that you are not eligible for some reason.
