I ordered 2 crates for our new pups but the breeder advised they sleep together so I contacted Omlet to return the 2nd crate. No quibbles - the collection was arranged and the customer service operative was so friendly and understanding. The crate itself is sturdy, reliable, I've no qualms leaving them overnight and it attaches to our puppy play pen so they can toilet outside of it. Really super quality, so happy and would purchase from Omlet again without hesitation! Highly recommended.

We bought the crate for our new puppy's arrival. It is well made and was easy to assemble. We're just awaiting it's true test when puppy tries it out. It was a good price too, when we compared it with other makes.

I'm waiting for my new puppy to arrive but I gave my new Omlet crate a trial run in my car. My daughters dog who is a large dog and never been crated was happy to jump in and go for a drive. Made me realise that it's going to be perfect.
