We are indeed experiencing some exceptional delays on the arrival of our products in our warehouses. This is due to the global supply chain slowdown caused by the current events such as Covid and Brexit.
You can see the estimated delivery date on our website, before purchasing your products. Every change in date on your order is updated and observable via your Omlet account and once the products are back in our stocks we are dispatching them as soon as possible.
The payment is taken at the time of your order to secure your item and place you in our virtual queue. Our order system is a completely fair queue, as soon as your order is received you have secured your product and your place in the queue. Even if you need to modify something on your order, you keep your place in the queue.
We hope that this information will bring some clarity on the process and we stay at your disposal if you have any further question.

The reason this isn't included is because it isn't a necessity. Some of our customers choose to purchase it as an add on whereas others don't. I do however understand your point of view and I will happily pass this feedback onto the rest of our team.
