This is a superb product, well designed and excellent quality. It is quite large so has been a challenge to find a suitable position within the run to get my little bantams used to it.

My ducks were always mucking up my chickens' water, despite having their own fresh water pool. Such a daily pain to empty, rinse, & refill several water buckets for my girls. But no more! My girls adapted readily to their 2 new Waterers. I have stored away all the buckets & the electric de-icer. I'm hopeful that it keeps their water temperate during the Texas summer heat.

An absolute beauty of a waterer for the hens. The water stays clean to the very last drop. Work really well. 100% recommended. We are looking at getting a second one... 😁

I love, love, love this waterer and my hens do too! First of all, the color is lovely (I got the Sage) and looks cute in their run. It is very well-made, sturdy, and a breeze to assemble (took less than 3 minutes). So far, works perfectly to keep the water flowing even in sub-freezing temps. I have another large volume waterer from a manufacturer that describes how some people like their eggs cooked ;) and the Omlet waterer's design, looks, and functionality blows that one away! We purchased two of these and they have been a game changer this winter so far! No power cords no breaking ice, my chickens are happy and I’m happy. Excited to see how long ice water will last in the summer too!

This is a great hanger. Easily adjustable for height and fits over the poles in the run. The hook on the other end could be a little bigger as it is a tight fit with some things, but overall I am very pleased with it. Being wide it is also more visable than a thin piece of rope.

I’ve been using the Omlet Insulated Chicken Waterer for about a month now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The water stays noticeably clean compared to other waterers I’ve used, which has reduced how often I need to refill or scrub it. One of the biggest positives is how well it handles cold weather. We’ve had sub-freezing temperatures at night, and the water has not frozen, which has been a huge convenience and peace of mind during colder mornings. The chickens were a little wary of it at first, likely due to the different shape and design, but after a short adjustment period they took to it without any issues. I use it freestanding in a chicken tractor, and it’s been stable and easy to manage in that setup. My chickens are slowly adapting to a nipple waterer and I am using some of the cups along with the nipples. But, this thing kept the water from freezing down to 20 degrees. The cups did freeze over, but not so thick that the chickens could not break through. This solves a serious issue for me because I do not have power in my run. Excellent product. Will likely buy a second one.

I have 4 chooks and it's hot here in Adelaide at the moment. I was refilling water containers on a daily basis and waster was getting too hot. Since getting the insulated waterer I just fill it with some ice, top it up with about 10 litres of filtered water and the water stays cool for a week saving me a load of hassle. I am thrilled I bought the insulated waterer.
