Pretty stand, doesn’t connect very well to the cage

Bought the stand with the cage but after a couple weeks, the connection between the stand and the cage stopped working as well as it had been. I lifted the cage with the stand and the stand fell off. Review for: Geo Bird Cage Stand - Full Height

This sounds unusual. We would recommend you to check that the screws are all still correctly tightened on the structure. When you move the cage with the stand, it is important to hold both parts or to separate them before being moved, to avoid too much strain. bird bath is not needed

birds did not use this at all and it just kept getting dirty with poo and feathers in it so we took it out Review for: Geo Bird Bath

I had to return the cage since my budgie was not flying as much in there as in a similar rectangular cage that I bought with the same or even less money. Also the feeders in the middle are not convenient. The round shape doesn't make it easy to attach extra perches and toys. Review for: Geo Bird Cage - Cream and Gold

Though this cage looks good & has plenty of room, it’s very impractical to clean. When the cage is lifted in order to clean the tray & replace the bottom liner, the bird is able to escape, as my budgie did today. I’d intended to tame him before allowing him to fly indoors but that plan has been upset. The feeding station is a good idea for minimising mess, but my budgie had great difficulty in finding how to use it. I regret spending so much money on this product. The tray and cage have been designed to be cleaned in a very easy way, by being able to separate the tray completely from the cage. We would indeed advise to maybe leave your bird out of his cage at the time, to help in the process.
Hopefully, once your budgie understands the system of the feeder, he will be able to enjoy the full benefits of it.

Disastrous.beautiful to look at, feeding and watering horrendous

Bought, took hours to put together but lovely. Then came the trying to feed aaand water my lovebirds.access through one of the doors. Cleaning meant having to lift the bottom off , keeping birds in! And within minutes they had learned to pull feeder and water holder out.now back in normal cage this one in she'd.waste of money Review for: Geo Bird Bath

We would indeed recommend to remove the birds from the cage while cleaning it, to allow you to have an easier access.
