If you go read diet delusion which is a history of the last 150 years of research into nutrition of animlas you find some intresting things 1. orange juice is really bad for you - its basically like drinking alcohol 2. their is nothing wrong with cholestreol 3. what matters is how the cholesterol is packaged small dense LDL is bad big fat LDL is good eggs make your LDL cholestrol big and fat basically eggs are really really really good for you - the more the better
