I’m trying to hand feed 3 baby budgies, but all are at different stages. Mom was attacking them. Oldest won’t eat formula- eating seeds. I’m wondering if it’s starving?

I am rearing a chick abandoned at 6 days old. Been feeding it every 2 hours... and during the night. Thank you for such useful information, will try leaving him 4 hours tonight, he is 11 days old now.
