My parakeet has an infected right foot, or so we think. She cannot really use it and it is yellow and looks like there is a yellow growth. But I tried to touch it and she didnt seem to know that I was touching it. Her poop is also that same color. She gets around but is obviously handicapped. I dont know what to do. Cannot afford a large vet bill. Got any advice?

My Budgie has just passed away only 17mouths old .he worms witch I did not know Budgie get worms I did have a Budgie for 11yrs two mouth old he passed away old age .
